Dr. Klaus Ennemoser

Klaus Ennemoser has been an independent management consultant for tourism and golf since 1975. Already during his studies at the University of Commerce in Vienna he especially dedicated his time to touristic question.

Klaus Ennemoser is also a graduate from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and Harvard Business School, Boston, USA where he acquired a MBA degree.

Since 1977 Klaus Ennemoser is a hotel owner and is therefore fully in practice which guarantees his special competence in consultation. His expertise emphasizes are project studies, national and international project financing, business valuations, crisis management and restructuring. Among others, one study was carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs for an international cost comparison, which contains the cost structures of the hotel, restaurant and catering industry in Austria, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland. He is also  appointed as a sworn and court certified expert for tourism and golf. 

Klaus Ennemoser also currently acts as the initiator of the hotel classification in Israel and is responsible for the professional, strategic and operational implementation of this pioneer project.

He also linked his hobby to the golf sport to his profession. Golf studies in 1988, 1993, 2000, 2006 and 2013 as well as numerous national and international project and operational management consultations for the tourism and golf industry are among the references of Ennemoser Wirtschaftsberatung .

Mag. Georg Grünn

Georg Grünn graduated from the Salzburg Institute for Hotel Management and worked among others in Hilton Hotels Munich and London. As a student at the Vienna InterContinental Hotel (assistent to the controller for Vienna and Eastern Europe) he concluded his studies at the Academy of Commerce and Economics. In 1980 Georg Grünn was awarded a scholarship at Cornell Society of Hotelmen die Cornell University in Ithaca/NY, USA.

After graduation Georg Grünn joint the equity investments department of GiroCredit Bank AG der Sparkassen. As group controller he was initially responsible for industrial and trade subsidiaries, later taking the responsibility for the tourism sector.

In 1995 Georg Grünn joined EFB - Erste Bank Finanzberatung GmbH as managing director heading of the department of national and international project financing in the tourism sector. Overall he was managing director, director or member of the executive board or the supervisory board of a total of 30 bank investments, including the Moscow Kempinski, Marriott Vienna and the Budapest Marriott, Hotel & Touristik Holding (which included Österreichisches Verkehrsbüro, Austria Trend Hotels and Wigast), Hotel Ananas Vienna and Steigenberger Kaprun.

Since 1988 Georg Grünn is has also worked as independent management consultant with a focus on special financing and complex restructuring projects in the tourism industry. He is also appointed as a sworn and court certified expert for tourism at Vienna Commercial Court and a certified coach and NLP practitioner.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

By car
From Donaukanal drive along Stubenring whiche merges into directly into Parkring. Parking spots are available on side roads otherwise use the parking garage "Dominikanerbastei".

By subway/metro
Take U3 to Stadtpark; take exit "Wollzeile" you are on Parkring, turn right and walk about 100 meters.

By train
Take the train to Wien-Westbahnhof.
The exit on the left leads to a taxi stand; in 15 minutes you will be at Parkring 12.
